Well, we checked in for a day at the Comfort Park hotel to pick my daughter and my grandson from the airport. This hotel is around 12 kms from the airport, which was fine. We booked the family suite which was nice and spacious for four. The complimentary breakfast was good. Dosa, idli, vada, poori, egg, pineapple juice were on the menu. There is ample parking space which was a plus point because many hotels we have been to in Chennai, hardly had any proper parking place though they had said they had. The only minus point is the noise of the traffic in the morning if you want to stay late in bed. They do not have a restaurant to cater to vegetarian food, but they were kind enough to order on Swiggy and provide us lunch The staff are all friendly with pleasing demeanour. If you ask me what hospitality is, this is a place which will hands down beat many, many places. To call the experience from reception to check out as pleasant would be an understatement. Everyone makes it very smooth and all the people are well intended to make your stay really comfortable. I came for a short trip and they made it an absolutely happy experience. I needed a late check out which was happily obliged. Those at the reception walked an extra mile so to say in arranging transport for me to my bus pick up point. For a budget stay you get your usual routine with clean stay and a decent restaurant. Kudos and a heartfelt thanks to each of you! Keep up your good work!! ~ Jacob A

In this month of October 2023 it was my second stay at Hotel Comfort Park. By second stay needless to mention that it is out of full satisfaction I chose the hotel. Very much economical, highly valued hospitality, perfect service, attached multiple cuisine restaurant, and good location are the aspects that I valued most. Room and toilets are very clean. With the two time stay (for more than 2 days per stay) I would say I have located the best hotel that provides a high comfort in all aspects. I would recommend any one to have a try. This hotel deserves the name Comfort Park. Had great comfort during the 2 days stay. Rooms and Rest rooms were clean and well maintainted . During mornings hrs they were not able to handle the crowd for breakfast as everyone staying there came at the same time, They needed to be prepared to handle the crowd by serving food without any delay I hope the traffic congestion problem will be resolved only after metro train construction is completed. I got a safe place for my vehicle but sure there will be parking issues when more guests come in 4 wheeler. I strongly suggest this place to stay with family. ~ Kulandaivel P

Our 3 days visit and stay at Chennai for completing the admission process of my Son made us to choose this Hotel as this has an excellent Family room. From the moment we entered until we checked out the staff from all level showed extreme hospitality with friendly approach. The room and the corridors are clean and tidy. The restaurant has many options, tasty and all items in the menu are available. Bit pricier but worth the quality and quantity. Amazing experience! Booked around 10 rooms in a very short notice and luckily they were able to accommodate. Right from day 1 until checkout the service , staff, food was extraordinary! The hotel has its own restaurant where you can go and have some delicious food for lunch and dinner (Breakfast is provided complementary and is very good). The people at the desk, Afser and restaurant manager all of them made sure that we throughly enjoy and took extra care of all our guest. Above and beyond our expectation. Fantabulous hotel with comfort and needed facilities.good maintenance of rooms. I stayed at the hotel for 1.5 days and had a positive experience, especially given that my purpose was to attend an entrance test for my daughter at Sriher Medical College. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, being just a five-minute walk from the college. The room was neat and clean, though the washroom could use some refurbishment. The hotel staff were very friendly, including their sales head, Mr. Afser, whom I met during checkout. He was particularly friendly and customer-focused. ~ Renjith

So my experience in hotel comfort park is quite good, one of the main reason is their outstanding service. Actually I was there in Chennai For my mothers Treatment Purpose in Sri Ramachandra Medical and one of the plus point is this Hotel is located just opposite the Main Gate of the Hospital. We Stayed there for 6days and TBH for a minute we didn't felt unsafe in the hotel & They are too much hygiene There management and Staffs are quite helpful. I stayed here for 3 days . The overall experience was very good . Good rooms , decent pricing and best is very courteous staff and management. We were family of 5 and wanted a single room which we got it as family room. Room was big with two king size beds and very spacious. They were clean and well maintained. However, bathroom fittings and fans are dated and needs replacing or maintenance. Location is in main road and parking is limited. Getting in and out in self car can be challenging during peak. We booked party hall in 2nd floor here for a birthday function. Max 80 seats in hall and 25 in dining is planned. Nice ambience, A/C and music system is awesome. Lift facility available. Ample parking in front and at backside of hotel. Friendly staffs. This is the most economical and flexible property in Iyyappanthangal main road. Clean and comfortable room, friendly service, food on request and car parking is what I experienced at this hotel. It's very close to Porur junction and I can easily say this is the best Hotel option over there. Its is right opposite to Ramachandra Hospital. Booked it for my parent recently being it very close to ramachandran hospital. Very pleasant stay. A completely new property. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. Staff are very polite and helped going beyond their call of duty. Owner is also good person and helped with negotiate with local cab and auto drivers. Thanks for pleasant stay. ~ Bikramjeet B
